Service Description

AdaptiveTest Skills provides AI skills assessments that produce a Dark Factory Score. Scores are informational and are not professional certifications. They should not be used as the sole basis for hiring decisions.

Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person per account; sharing accounts is not permitted.

Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer assessment questions, automate assessment responses, share questions or answers publicly, or use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws.

Assessment Accuracy

While we use psychometric-grade methodology (Item Response Theory), scores reflect performance at the time of assessment. We make no guarantees about hiring outcomes or career advancement based on scores.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Team plans require a minimum of 5 seats. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

Assessment questions are generated by AI and are the property ofWoodstock Software LLC. Your scores and results belong to you. You may share your scores publicly via shareable links.

Limitation of Liability

AdaptiveTest Skills is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
