What We Collect

AdaptiveTest Skills collects the minimum data necessary to provide our service: your name, email address, and assessment responses. We use Clerk for authentication and store your Clerk user ID to link your account.

How We Use Your Data

Your assessment responses are used to calculate your Dark Factory Score and generate personalized analysis and recommendations using AI models. Individual assessment data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Team and Organization Data

For team accounts, aggregate scores and skill heatmaps are visible to organization administrators. Individual response-level data is not shared with team admins -- only scores and levels.

AI Processing

We use Anthropic's Claude models to generate questions, analyze scores, and produce recommendations. Assessment data sent to AI models is scoped to your account and is not used to train models.

Data Retention

Assessment data is retained for the life of your account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting jim@woodstocksoftware.com. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

GDPR Awareness

We are GDPR-aware and implement appropriate safeguards for data protection. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

We use essential cookies for authentication (via Clerk). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
